Rachel-isms

"slash" (often used multiple times in the same sentence)
"maybe" (said next to definite statements, e.g., "I miss you, maybe")
"may or may not be true"
"-ish" (used to qualify anything)
"p.s." (said after, or as a statement)
"by the way" (said after, or as a statement)
"fun and funny"
"thank you in advance"
"not that awesome" (said of things I dislike)
a specific head nod with a specific facial expression

i recognize many of these - especially the specific nod/facial expression combo. i love rachelisms!

so true! you do use these phrases a lot. i love it though!

I love this list. I can picture you saying all of them. Way to be self aware enough to recognize them. Joe will tell me stuff that I say a lot and I always get all defensive. :)

um... i find it odd that many of these are "david-isms" too. I always say,
"I may or may not be..."
"-ish"
I say "Also" and or "Also, Also"
in place of "P.S. or P.P.S"
I also say, "Kind of amazing" which for me is actually a superlative.

My point is East Coast VS West coast where the only cultural advantage LA has over NY is that you can turn right on a red light.
