Rachel, I hope all of your hopes, wishes, and dreams for 2011 come true. I am excited for the moments when you will be back in the LA/Claremont area. We may be ships passing in the night, going exactly opposite directions, but maybe we will collide at our favorite Yogurtland and get lost on a long way home. That is one of my hopes for 2011. I miss you and hope you travel safely, dear.

Katie, I was inspired by my friend Sondra. She wrote a letter to 2011, and was mostly glad it was over. I decided I wanted to start a new tradition to write a letter to the new year with my hopes. Here is the first seed! xo
